Ingredients

2 Sizzlefish Yellowfin Tuna steaks, thawed

1/2 cup red onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

2 tbsp. avocado olive oil

½ tsp. paprika

½ tsp. cumin

¼ tsp. ground coriander

1 tbsp. garlic, chopped

1 lime

½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 avocado, diced

Cilantro to garnish

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Heat half the oil in a skillet and bring to medium heat.

Add the onions, garlic and bell pepper with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add the paprika, cumin, coriander to the skillet with the apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir everything together and cook another 2-3 minutes until veggies are tender.

Step 4

Remove the veggies and divide into two plates.

Step 5

Place the remaining oil in the pan with the tuna steaks and drizzle with the lime juice.

Step 6

Cook 2 minutes on each side or to your liking.

Step 7

Top the veggies with the tuna, add the avocado and cilantro and serve!
