Herby Parmesan Baked Haddock

Ingredients

2 Sizzlefish Haddock filets, thawed

1 bunch asparagus

¼ cup avocado oil

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

½ tbsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. basil, chopped

1 tsp. parsley, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375° F and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Clean the asparagus, slice the ends and dry well.

Step 3

Place the asparagus on the sheet pan then nestle the haddock fillets in between.

Step 4

Brush the haddock and asparagus with the oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, the garlic powder and cheese.

Step 5

Place the basil and parsley over each of the haddock filets.

Step 6

Bake at 375° F 20 minutes until fish is opaque and asparagus is tender.

Step 7

Remove from the oven and serve immediately!
