Ingredients
2 pieces haddock
1 tablespoon lemon curd
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients (except fish) in a small bowl.
Step 2
Place haddock on aluminum foil and pour sauce over fish. Allow fish to marinate while you pre-heat the grill to 400 degrees.
Step 3
Place aluminum foil with sauce covered fish directly onto pre-heated grill.
Step 4
Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is opaque.
