Ingredients
2 filets Sizzlefish Haddock, thawed
1 large Egg
¼ cup Milk
½ cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs
¼ cup Flour
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
½ cup Olive Oil, or frying oil
Directions
Step 1
(Optional) Slice or use kitchen scissors to separate the Sizzlefish Haddock filets into smaller bite-sized strips. Set up your battering station with two large bowls. In the first bowl, whisk the egg and milk together. In the second bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, flour, and seasonings.

Step 2
Pat the haddock fillets dry with a paper towel. Dip in the milk mixture, then toss in the crumb mixture. Pat the crumb mixture into the fillet to ensure it sticks.

Step 3
Heat up a large skillet with enough frying oil so it’s 1-inch deep to 350F.

Step 4
Fry the battered haddock fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown.

Step 5
Remove from the skillet to a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil.
