Ingredients

2 filets Sizzlefish Haddock, thawed

1 large Egg

¼ cup Milk

½ cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs

¼ cup Flour

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Black Pepper

½ tsp. Paprika

½ tsp. Garlic Powder

½ cup Olive Oil, or frying oil

(Optional) Slice or use kitchen scissors to separate the Sizzlefish Haddock filets into smaller bite-sized strips. Set up your battering station with two large bowls. In the first bowl, whisk the egg and milk together. In the second bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, flour, and seasonings.
