Ingredients

4 cedar planks, soaked in water for 1 hour

4 portions Sizzlefish halibut

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup pico de gallo

1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese

Lime wedges

8 corn or flour tortillas

Directions

Step 1

Preheat grill to 400ºF. While grill heats, blot halibut with paper towel to remove water.

Stir together cumin, chili powder, garlic, and salt. Rub mixture of halibut portions. Place on cedar planks.

Place cedar planks on indirect heat and grill for 15 minutes with lid closed or until halibut flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from planks and flake the halibut into bite sized pieces. Serve over tortillas topped with pico de gallo, cotija cheese and lime wedges.
