Ingredients
2 Sizzlefish lobster tails, thawed
1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1 tbsp chopped green onion
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 split top hot dog buns
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. While water heats, slice lobster shells down the center from the top to the bottom on both sides. Submerge lobster tails in boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes. While lobster cooks, heat a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 2
Remove lobster tails from water and immediately place in an ice bath for 5 minutes. Brush sides of hot dog buns with 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Place on hot frying pan and toast for about 1 minute on each side.

Step 3
Using hands, open lobster tails and remove meat. Chop into large chunks and place into a mixing bowl. Add celery, green onion, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and garlic powder. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
