Ingredients
2 portions Sizzlefish Mahi Mahi, thawed
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
8 tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 avocado, sliced
1/3 cup crumbled Queso fresco cheese
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Sliced jalapeños
Lime wedges
Directions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat.

Step 2
Slice each mahi mahi into 4 equal pieces. Stir together cumin, chili powder, garlic and salt in a small bowl. Rub seasoning on Mahi mahi.

Step 3
Place mahi mahi on hot pan and cook for 3 minutes on both sides.

Step 4
Serve mahi mahi over lettuce on corn tortillas topped with avocado, Queso fresco, jalapeño, cilantro and fresh lime.
