Ingredients

2 Sizzlefish Mahi Mahi Fillets, thawed

1 Lemon

¾ tsp. Salt

¾ tsp. Black Pepper

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

1 Garlic Clove, minced

2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

Fresh Herbs, such as tarragon and parsley

½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Pat dry the mahi mahi fillets.
