Ingredients
1/2 a medium yellow onion, coarsely chopped
1-2 scotch bonnet or habanero peppers
2 green onions, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp thyme, stems removed
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp ground clove
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Step 1
Remove stems from peppers and add all ingredients to a food processor.

Step 2
Blend until mostly smooth.

Step 3
Add fish to a shallow glass dish and cover with marinade. Marinate 30 minutes-1 hour.

Step 4
Cook fish as desired (grill, bake, broil, or pan fry)
