Ingredients
2 Packs of Sizzlefish Rockfish
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons flour
1-2 tablespoons unsalted Butter
Lemon slices
Directions
Step 1
Pat dry the thawed Sizzlefish Rockfish.

Step 2
Season with salt and pepper. Coat one side with flour. Add 2 tbsp. olive oil to a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat.

Step 3
Place unfloured side of the Rockfish to the hot skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until warmed through.

Step 4
Turn over and add 1-2 tbsp. unsalted butter and lemon slices for added richness halfway through cooking. Continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes.

Step 5
Enjoy warm with a squeeze of lemon!
