Ingredients

2 portions Sizzlefish Rockfish

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/3 cup white wine

1 sprig fresh rosemary

Directions

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet for 2 minutes. Season fish with salt and pepper.

Place fish in hot skillet on its side and sear for 2 minutes on each side. Set fish on a plate.
