Ingredients

2 sablefish filets, thawed

1 zucchini, spiralized

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp. lemon juice

½ cup mixed olives, pitted

½ tsp. red pepper flakes

¼ tsp. parsley

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Step 2

To a small baking pan, add the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Stir together.

Step 3

Place the sablefish in the pool of oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and red pepper flakes. Add the mixed olives around the fish.

Step 4

Bake at 350 F 20 minutes then remove from the oven.

Step 5

Remove the fish from the pan then add the zucchini noodles. Toss to coat with the oil.

Step 6

Serve the zucchini noodles with the fish and olives immediately.
