Ingredients
4 salmon portions, thawed
4 tbsp softened unsalted butter (grass fed recommended)
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Line the basket of air fryer with a piece of aluminum foil. Preheat the air fryer at 400ºF.
Step 2
Pat salmon fry with paper towel. Combine softened butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a small bowl and stir well.

Step 3
Spread butter mixture on each piece of salmon using a spoon or butter knife and place in air fryer.

Step 4
Air fry at 400ºF for 8-12 minutes, depending on size and thickness of salmon. Serve salmon hot.
