Ingredients
4 portions Sizzlefish Salmon, thawed and cubed
4 (8-inch) skewers
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp salt
Directions
Step 1
Add ingredients for barbecue sauce to a small saucepan over medium-low heat and bring to a simmer.

Step 2
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 3
Reserve ¼ cup of sauce for basting and add the rest to a small bowl for serving. Cool sauce for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Thread salmon onto skewers and place on a plate. Brush salmon with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce. Heat grill or grill pan to medium heat and grease with cooking oil. Add salmon kabobs and grill for 4 minutes.

Step 5
Turn and brush with remaining reserved barbecue sauce. Grill 3-4 minutes longer, until salmon is cooked through. Serve kabobs hot with barbecue sauce.
