Ingredients
2 Sizzlefish White King Salmon portions
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp chopped mint
1 tbsp chopped basil
Thinly orange, lime and grapefruit for serving
2 tbsp fresh grapefruit juice
1 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp cornstarch
Directions
Step 1
Blot excess moisture from salmon and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes in a medium skillet. Add salmon and sear for 7-8 minutes, turning salmon every couple of minutes for even cooking.
Step 2
While salmon cooks, stir together ingredients for citrus glaze. Reduce heat and pour glaze over salmon.
Step 3
Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes, until glaze has thickened, spooning glaze over salmon.

Step 4
Arrange sliced citrus on a plate or platter and top with salmon and drizzle with glaze. Garnish with chopped mint and basil.
