Ingredients

¼ cup Honey

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 Lime, zested and juiced

2 TBSP fresh lime juice

2 TBSP Butter

1 tsp Cornstarch

1-2 tsp Sriracha

2-4 TBSP Water, as needed

2 TBSP Coconut Aminos (optional)

4 Sizzlefish Salmon Fillets

Kosher Salt, to taste

Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Fresh Cilantro

Add the honey, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, butter, cornstarch and sriracha (and coconut aminos if using them) in a small heavy sauce pan, whisk well to combine.

Turn the heat to medium high, continuing to whisk as the mixture heats up and begins to thicken. This will take about a minute.

Once thickened, remove the sauce from the heat and cover. Add water if needed a tablespoon at a time if your sauce becomes too thick and needs to be thinned out.

Oil 4 sheets of aluminum foil.

Lay two slices of lime on the bottom of the foil and then place the salmon fillets on top of the lime slices.

Season the fillets with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the sauce mixture over salmon, leaving some for serving. Fold the sides of the foil up and over the salmon fillets sealing the foil pouches.

Preheat the grill to high heat. Once heated, turn the grill down to medium high.

Place the foil packets on the grill and cook 10-15 minutes or until the salmon fillets are cooked through. When done, remove the packets from the grill.

Serve with chopped parsley, extra sauce and fresh lime wedges.
