Juicy, tender, flaky and delicious, this recipe for Honey Garlic Air Fryer Salmon is a mouthwatering meal you can have ready in just 20 minutes!
Here at Sizzlefish, we pride ourselves on our selection of salmon. We offer a variety of species ranging from Wild Alaska King Salmon, Wild Alaska Coho Salmon, Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon and Atlantic Salmon. All varieties offer a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. We leave the skin on the bottom of our fillet portions for two reasons: First, some of the highest omega-3 levels are found in the darker flesh along the central "fat line" next to the skin. Second, cooking this delicate fish with the skin side down as it finishes will help keep it moist throughout, for a perfect presentation. We encourage you to try each one and a bonus is that all our salmon varieties work well in any salmon recipe!
Salmon is such a fun fish to cook! It lends itself to many cooking methods and also flavors! In this recipe for Honey Garlic Air Fryer Salmon, we took all the guess work out of cooking by using the air fryer! The air fryer method of cooking your salmon leaves you with an incredibly moist and flakey fish. Exactly what you are looking for when it comes to the perfect cooked fish fillet. This meal also comes together incredibly quickly! From start to finish, you will have not only a hot cooked meal, but a hot cooked meal that will taste like you slaved over it, in just 20 minutes.

Before you get going though, there are a few things to remember when you are using the air fryer.
- You need to leave space around the salmon fillets to allow for air flow. Air fryers work by circulating hot air around the food you are cooking. By allowing the space between the fillets, you will allow the air to flow around the surface of the meat and your fillets will cook to the perfect temperature and crispness.
- Season your salmon fillets well. Seasoning the fillets beforehand will allow the flavors to develop and coat the fish.
- Keep an eye on the fillets. As machines are made differently, you want to make sure you don’t walk away and forget
