Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp old bay seasoning
1 lemon, halved
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions
Step 1
Move oven rack to 6-inches below broiler. Preheat oven to 425ºF and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking oil.

Step 2
Brush cut side of lemons with olive oil and place on baking sheet. Brush salmon with cooking oil and season liberally with old bay seasoning. Place on baking sheet.

Step 3
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil for 4-5 minutes longer.

Step 4
Serve hot with roasted lemon for topping. Garnish with chopped parsley.
