
Salmon, Broccoli & Sundried Tomato Pasta
Serves: 8 (main dishes) or 16 (sides)
Ingredients:
- 1lb pasta
- 1lb SizzleFish Coho Salmon, cooked
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped (not packed in oil)
- 1/4 cup ghee
- Italian Season, Salt & Pepper, to taste
Preparation Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to directions
- Add broccoli to pasta water during last 4 minutes of cooking
- While pasta is cooking, flake salmon
- Drain pasta and broccoli
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Toss until ghee is melted and evenly coated
- Serve!
This tastes great hot or as a cold pasta salad!
