
Salmon Gyro

Ingredients
2 portions Sizzlefish Salmon, thawed and sliced into large pieces
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp olive oil
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp grated cucumber
1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 pita pocket halves
Sliced cucumber
Sliced tomato
Sliced red onion
Feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2
Blot salmon with paper towel and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and gently toss to coat. Add spices and toss again to coat.

Step 3
Transfer salmon to baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

Step 4
While salmon cooks, stir together ingredients for tzatziki sauce. Spread tzatziki sauce inside each pita pocket and add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and a couple pieces of salmon.

Step 5
Top with crumbled feta cheese and enjoy!
