Ingredients

4 (6 oz.) Sizzlefish salmon portions

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1 large egg

2 tbsp fresh dill

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp minced chives

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/4 tsp black pepper

Slider buns

Leafy lettuce

Directions

Slice salmon into large chunks.

Slice off skin from salmon and place in food processor.

Pulse Salmon until texture is like ground meat. Add Panko, egg, dill, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Pulse a few more times until egg and Panko are well combined.

Form into 6 patties. Heat an extra-large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes and grease with olive oil cooking spray.

Add salmon patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

While salmon sliders cook, stir together ingredients for herb aioli.

Rest salmon sliders at room temperature for 5 minutes. Place a slider over lettuce of one slider bun bottom. Smear aioli on the top bun and place on top of salmon burger. Serve sliders warm.
