Ingredients
4 portions Sizzlefish Salmon
3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Dill

Step 1
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.

Blot excess moisture from salmon with paper towel and dredge with flour on all sides.

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet for 2 minutes. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
