Ingredients

4 slices sourdough bread, toasted 

4 oz. Smoked salmon 

2 medium avocados 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper + extra for serving 

1/2 cup micro greens 

6 slices of thinly peeled cucumber 

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Mash avocados in a small bowl until mostly smooth. Stir in salt and pepper.

Step 2

Spread avocado on toasted bread and top each with an ounce of smoked salmon, 1-2 cucumber slices and micro greens.
