Ingredients

2 portions Sizzlefish Colossal Shrimp

2 tbsp All-purpose Flour

3 tbsp neutral Cooking Oil

2 tbsp chopped Green Onion for serving

1/2 cup Chicken or Vegetable stock

1/4 cup Hoisin sauce

2 tbsp less sodium Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

1 tsp minced Garlic

1 tsp minced Ginger

1 tsp Sesame Oil

2 tsp toasted Sesame Seeds

1 tsp Cornstarch

4 dried Chile de Arbol Peppers

2 cups Rice

2 cups steamed or roasted Broccoli

Directions

Step 1

Stir together all ingredients for sauce except peppers. Set aside.

Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet for 2 minutes. While oil heats, blot moisture from shrimp using paper towel.

Sprinkle shrimp with flour and toss to coat. Pan fry shrimp in skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side. Set aside on a paper towel lined plate.

Wipe skillet clean and reduce heat to low. Pour sauce into pan and add chiles. Bring to a simmer and cook until thicken, 2-3 minutes. Add shrimp to skillet and stir to coat in sauce. Cook 1-2 minutes to heat shrimp through.

Serve over rice with broccoli and top with chopped green onion.
