Ingredients
2 packages Sizzlefish Colossal shrimp
1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup raw walnut halves
1 cup water
1/2 cup cane sugar
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice (optional)
2 cups cooked white rice
2 tbsp chopped green onions for serving
Directions
Step 1
Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Continue to boil until the sauce thickens and reduces slightly, about 5-7 minutes. Add walnuts and boil for 3 minutes.

Step 2
Use a slotted spoon to transfer walnuts to a wire rack lined baking sheet. Cool until walnuts are dry, about 15 minutes.

Step 3
In the meantime, stir together honey, mayonnaise and sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl. Taste and add rice vinegar if desired for a tangier flavor. Set aside.

Step 4
Blot shrimp dry with paper towel and place in a medium bowl with cornstarch and garlic powder. Toss to coat shrimp.

Step 5
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering. Working in two batches, add shrimp and pan fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. Transfer shrimp to a bowl and cool for 1 minute.

Step 6
Toss shrimp with glazed walnuts and sauce until well coated.

Step 7
Serve over rice and garnish with green onion.
