Ingredients
2 portions Sizzlefish Wild Gulf Shrimp, thawed
3 tbsp salted butter
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 cup corn
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Step 1
Prepare Ingredients.

Step 2
Toss shrimp in smoked paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 3
Melt one tablespoon of butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add zucchini and sauté for 3 minutes. Stir in corn and garlic and cook 3 minutes longer.

Step 4
Move vegetables to one side of skillet. Add remaining butter. Once melted, add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly.

Step 5
Serve hot.
