Ingredients

1 package shrimp, thawed

2 ounces prosciutto

2 tbsp. ghee or grass-fed butter, melted

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. parsley

1 tsp pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel then place on the lined baking sheet.

Step 3

Slice the prosciutto into long strips that are about 1-inch wide.

Step 4

Wrap each strip around the shrimp then place back on the baking sheet.

Step 5

Place the lemon juice and melted ghee or butter in a small bowl and mix together.

Step 6

Brush the butter mixture over extra shrimp.

Step 7

Sprinkle with pepper and parsley.

Step 8

Bake at 350 F 15 minutes or until shrimp is opaque.

Step 9

Serve immediately with cocktail sauce.
