Ingredients
2 portions Sizzlefish Wild Gulf Shrimp
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
5 cups tortilla chips
1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
½ cup diced tomato
1/3 cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp pickled jalapeños
½ cup guacamole
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Heat olive oil in a medium cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2
Blot shrimp dry with paper towel and add to a bowl with lime juice. Season with cumin, paprika, oregano and salt.

Step 3
Add shrimp to hot skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, until fully cooked.

Step 4
While shrimp cooks, spread tortilla chips on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 6-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Step 5
Top nachos with shrimp, tomato, red onion, cilantro, dollops of guacamole and pickled jalapeños.
