Shrimp Stack

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon spicey seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 vine ripened tomato, sliced
  • 5 pieces wholegrain crisp bread
  • 1 package Shrimp
  • Micro greens (for garnish)

Preparation Instructions:

Stir yogurt, lemon juice, Flavorgod seasonings, jalapeño, and oil; spread on crisp bread. Top with tomato, shrimp, and micro greens.
