Ingredients
Sizzlefish Snow Crab Legs, thawed
1 Lemon
1 tablespoon Old Bay or Seafood Seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Melted Butter for Serving
Directions
Step 1
Thaw Sizzlefish’s Wild Caught Snow Crab Legs in the fridge overnight. In a large pot, add 1 ½ cups Water and the juice of 1 Lemon. Add a colander or steamer rack in the bottom of the pot. Bring the lemon water to a low boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.

Step 2
While the water is coming to a boil, toss the thawed Snow Crab Legs with 1 tbsp. old bay or seafood seasoning and 1 tsp garlic salt.

Step 3
Add the seasoned crab legs to the pot, cover with the lid, and let steam for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4
To open, snap the crab legs once forward away from yourself, then once back towards yourself. Gently wiggle out the meat and dip in melted butter to enjoy!
