Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoons unsalted Butter
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1-2 sprigs of parsley
Lemon slices
Directions
Step 1
Pat dry the thawed Sizzlefish Rainbow Trout.

Step 2
Season with salt and pepper.

Place the Rainbow Trout face side down to the hot skillet with olive oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
