2 fillets Sizzlefish Wild Caught Walleye, thawed

1 large Egg

¼ cup Milk

½ cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs

¼ cup Flour

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Black Pepper

½ tsp. Paprika

½ tsp. Garlic Powder

½ cup Olive Oil, or frying oil

(Optional) Slice or use kitchen scissors to separate the Sizzlefish Wild Caught Walleye filets into 2 smaller fish fillets.
